NAMI Connection Recovery Support Group

A weekly recovery support group for adults living with mental illness in which people learn from each others’ experiences, share coping strategies, and offer each other encouragement and understanding.

Family/Caregiver Support Group

A peer facilitated, monthly support group targeted toward helping family members friends and/or caregivers who have a loved one living with mental illness; Shared experiences provide encouragement, respect and understanding and sometimes a little healing humor. A confidential haven of support, compassion and understanding.

NAMI Educational Meetings

Monthly presentations on diverse mental wellness topics provided by a variety of community professionals that are open to the public.

Family to Family Course Study

A 12 week course designed specifically for families and friends of individuals living with mental illness. The classes cover information on an array of illnesses, medications, side effects, current research, treatments, problem solving, communications skills, community services and support resources.

Peer to Peer Course Study

A 10 week, unique, experiential learning program designed specifically for individuals living with mental illness. The classes provide information to assist understanding of brain disorders, symptom management, relapse prevention, coping skills an advance directives. Developed for those who are interested in establishing and maintaining their wellness and recovery.

“In Our Own Voice”

Experienced, trained individuals living with mental illness offer hope and insight through dynamic, comprehensive and interactive presentations offered to a variety of audiences, such as churches, businesses, college classes, rotary clubs, etc. If you would like more information about scheduling a speaker, please contact us.
